After moving to Charlotte in 2014, he opened up a tech start-up estate sale office and immediately turned it into the top producing location as he oversaw everything from sales to operations while managing client expectations during stressful life situations. Working with people in a time of struggle, it got Nick engrossed in the Queen City community and beyond. His work with personal property allowed him to work with some of the area's finest referral networks and made him a "go to" and trustworthy contact within the real estate industry.
